Precision glass cutting
We use fully automatic CNC glass cutting machines to accurately cut glass of various shapes and sizes to meet your personalized needs.
Fine edge grinding
We offer a variety of edge processing options, including:
Frosted edge (anti-scratch hand, delicate touch)
Polished edge (high transparency, mirror effect)
Rounded polished edge (safe and beautiful, suitable for furniture)
Bevel edge (angle cutting, enhanced light perception)
Drilling
Precision drilling: can process φ3-50mm holes, support round holes, square holes, special-shaped holes, and no edge collapse.
Milling processing
Step glass milling: CNC milling cutter processing is used to achieve complex structures such as precise steps, grooves, and openings, which are suitable for electronic cover plates, building curtain walls, etc.
Customized screen printing
Our high-precision screen printing equipment can customize LOGO, patterns, textures, support multi-color printing (Pantone color number), gradient effect, ink is resistant to high temperature and UV, and lasts for a long time without fading.
Tempered reinforcement treatment
Through the physical tempering process (680-720℃ rapid cooling), the glass strength is increased by 5 times, the impact resistance is stronger, and the particles are safe and blunt when broken, which meets international safety standards (EN 12150).
Ultrasonic cleaning
Glass surfaces exposed to the atmosphere are generally contaminated. Any useless substance and energy on the surface is a pollutant, and any treatment will cause pollution. Surface pollution can be gas, liquid or solid in terms of its physical state, and it exists in the form of film or particles.

Materials
Float Glass:
Overview: The standard, economical glass made by floating molten glass on molten tin. It has a slight greenish tint, especially at the edges.
Advantage: Excellent cost-effectiveness. Readily tempers to enhance strength and safety (shatters into small, dull pieces). Highly versatile for windows, doors, furniture, and basic applications where slight tint is acceptable.
Ultra-Clear Glass (Low-Iron Glass):
Overview: A high-purity float glass with reduced iron oxide content, virtually eliminating the green tint for exceptional clarity and color neutrality.
Advantage: Superior optical quality. Tempering maintains its brilliant transparency, making it ideal for premium applications like display cases, high-end architecture, solar panels (maximizing light transmission), and frameless glass where true color rendering and minimal distortion are critical.
High Borosilicate Glass:
Overview: A specialty glass containing significant boron oxide, giving it a very low coefficient of thermal expansion (high resistance to sudden temperature changes) and high chemical durability.
Advantage: Exceptional thermal shock resistance after tempering. Essential for applications exposed to rapid heating/cooling or direct high heat, such as fireplace doors, oven windows, laboratory equipment, and high-power lighting covers. Tempering further boosts its inherent strength for these demanding environments.
