Custom Hand-Blown Glass Parts
The fused glass blowing process allows for complex designs and hollow shapes, ideal for artistic glassware, laboratory equipment and custom lighting. The borosilicate glass tube blowing process can be used to produce precision components such as thin-walled tubes, reactors and optical devices for industrial, scientific or medical applications. BO-GLASS combines traditional craftsmanship with modern engineering to provide durable, chemical-resistant solutions for functional or aesthetic needs.

Our production process
BO-GLASS specializes in customized glass molding services, offering end-to-end solutions from prototype development to mass production. Our China-based facility features a 10-ton daily capacity borosilicate glass furnace, in-house tempering ovens with high-pressure air quenching systems for rapid cooling, and comprehensive post-processing equipment including precision cutting, polishing, and grinding. We deliver high-quality glass components of any size or complexity, supported by expert technical guidance, optimized production workflows, and seamless design-to-manufacture transitions, ensuring efficient project execution with competitive pricing and tailored engineering solutions.
Heating & Shaping
The glass is melted using a gas-oxygen torch, allowing precise temperature control. Molten glass is wound onto a mandrel or shaped directly with tools (tweezers, paddles) to create beads, vessels, or intricate designs. For hollow forms (e.g., tubes), air is gently blown through a blowpipe into the molten glass to expand it.
Detail Work
Colors or patterns are added by layering or fusing additional glass strands. Complex designs (e.g., twists, dots) are crafted through controlled reheating and manipulation.
Controlled cooling
Once the glass is formed, it must be cooled gradually to prevent cracks or breakage due to internal stresses. If the Annealing: Finished pieces are placed in a kiln to cool slowly, relieving internal stresses and preventing cracking.
Finishing
Surfaces are polished, and any sharp edges are smoothed via grinding or flame polishing.
Quality inspection packaging
Our team of highly-trained packaging specialists will expertly craft premium-quality packaging solutions that showcase your products in their most elegant light.
